Michigan Music Center

is a place to learn music through private instruction or in group classes. All ages and experience are welcome! We have students that range in the ages of 4 to 70! We're not a music store, so we focus solely on music education in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

The teaching staff has their degrees in the music field or are working towards their music degrees.

Our staff is made up of industry professionals such as; Film Composers, Grammy Nominated Artists, Music & Band Directors, Producers, Studio/Theater Musicians and Songwriters.

We have students that come from all areas like Royal Oak, Auburn Hills, Davisburg, Livonia, Northville and Highland. That says something about our instructors!

Research has shown that musical study improves a child's early cognitive development, basic math & reading abilities, SAT scores, ability to work in teams as well as spatial reasoning skills.

Scientific research has shown a link to students who study musical instruments to higher college enrollment and placement. The study of a musical instrument also demonstrates academic versatility which will be recognized when applying for college.

We also stock all of the music instruction books that you'll need for your lesons, as well as a selection of commonly needed accessories for your instrument.
