LESSON POLICY
                                  

• Tuition for Program A is due by the first of the month. For example: you will pay for June's lessons at the end of May. If payment is not received before the first lesson, we will assume that you are withdrawing from our program. This excludes Program B since you're paying for how many lessons you want to reserve.
• There are no refunds given or credits for the following month if you have signed up with Program A. Please keep in mind that you are at a discounted lesson rate and that we reserve that time slot only for you! Your instructor is counting on that time being sold.
• If a student cannot attend a lesson, you may schedule a make-up lesson at the discretion of the instructor within that current month only. " Last minute" cancellations or not showing up for a lesson without notification will not be given a lesson credit.
• Holidays - if you're signed up with Program A and you plan on taking less than 4 lesson in that month, you will be charged the full lesson rate.
• In the rare event an instructor should miss a lesson, there will be a substitute teacher from our qualified staff to teach for that day. If we're unable to get a substitute, you will have a pro-rated credit towards the following month.
• Failure to attend two lessons consecutively without notification will be considered a withdrawal from the Lesson Program.
• We do not follow a school calendar: In most cases when schools are closed, we will still be open.
• There will be a $30 charge for returned checks.
• It is the student's responsibility to come prepared for each lesson (instruments, books, materials). These will not be provided.
